  : The lights in the kitchen did not work. No proper lock of the main door. Repeated requests were not answered with a solution. Upon request a fire extinguisher was brought after one day. No heating material included. Paintings broken hidden under beds. Upstairs lights missing and almost broken. Not solved.

  : Arriving for check-in at 5 pm. No information on where to check-in, house number or key code. After endless discussions on the phone with booking.com, who confirmed our booking and Vacasa the local agency, it turned out that the booking got lost between the two agencies. Instead of having a nice afternoon dipping in the pool and having a nice dinner, we ended up sitting in an overheated car, anxiously waiting if we would find a place to sleep for the night, while being pushed back and forth between the two company's hotlines, everytime talking to a different operator. At 8 p.m. we were finally allowed to book a different accomodation, after declining a suggested alternative. I mean, the original booking was for three bedrooms with four beds and the suggested alternative was 1 bedroom...Well can't say anything about the accomodation, but the booking and the Hotlines were horrible.
