  : cleaning fee is insanely high when coupled with the very demanding list of must-do chores when leaving. they charge a big cleaning fee but have you do all the cleaning. choose one or the other. I wouldnt stay here again.

  : I never had breakfast. I never knew there was an office location. All check in was on line. I never met a staff member.
  : Really small. Not one comfortable chair to sit in. Just hard stools. Shower was really small. Could not move in shower without hitting the wall or the glass shower door. Same for the toilet area. Toilet paper holder inconveniently located.

  : Clean cabin, nice supply of dishes, etc., and all furnishings were comfortable. Quiet. Convenient parking. Very good location for taking walks, or for shopping. Plus - I saw deer walk by outside my balcony! :) THANK YOU to WILL! I had a fuse blow in the bathroom. Will, (onsite manager?) arrived at my unit within 5 minutes! He easily fixed it and showed me what to do should it happen again! Great service, great attitude! Thanks, Will!
  : Cold water faucet in bathroom sink needs replacing (my opinion) - or fixing somehow. The entire handle rotates around, and "eventually" the water turns off. And I'm not sure why the clean, replacement trash bags under the kitchen sink were "damp" - might be a leak in the sink area??? But they were damp the whole 5 days I was there.

  : Was not clean. Skimped on toiletries. Showing wear. Cracked tile. Loose electric outlets (fire hazard). Gunk on shower door. Broken drape hook in living room. Bathroom fan way too loud. 18 item fine list is unhospitable and way out of line and many should be the owner's responsibility. 18" available in closet for hanging clothes. No onsite help.
