: Noisy heaters that did not keep us warm even with the extra blankets we brought. The MBR heater did not work at all on the last night causing another sleepless night!

: The web pictures and reality was 180 degrees different. Tired ,worn ,dusty! I chose the unit because I felt there was good value, however, was disappointed after arrival.

: the house was poorly heated! We were freezing and getting sick! Wi-Fi did not work in the house! There was no cell phone service there, and we sat without the Internet and TV on New Years Day! This is the worst trip of my life! due to the lack of Wi-Fi and problems with heating, my family and I had to leave a day earlier, no one returned the money or compensation for the inconvenience! simply terrible service! Absolutely no price/quality ratio! I don't recommend anyone to stay here! All the carpets in the house were dirty and stained. We wrote about all the faults, but didnt want to do anything about it! money and New Year in the trash!
