  : The location was very convenient to the village and ski lifts. The hours for the property manager were limited. They are not there from 10am to 2 pm
  : The condo did not have Kleenex or extra toilet paper. The coffee maker was broken The check out time should be at 11 am

  : As soon as we enter the condo, we smell and see dust everywhere. There were spider webs on the rusty wall. Couches had dust all over. Walking across carpet takes dust out of it. There were fly's and bugs in the loft. We reached out to reception office about this. Chris being super friendly offered us full refund and asked us to find other rental property in near area. However, due to 4th of July weekend, we couldn't find any other option. Two folks in our group were allergic to dust, and we brought to both rental property as well as Booking.com. This property was overall okay for the stay, but they should clean and make it hygiene for their guest to stay. We were charged over $180 for cleaning fee, what did they charge for? I requested compensation, and no good service from Booking.com. Despite of health concern raised, the lack of service and response from Booking.com shows how much care they keep for their customer. No one helped us. I registered a case with Booking.com, and they closed it w/o looking into further. I do not recommend Booking.com or this rental property. Also, I want to share that if you book directly thru premium condo rental, you'd likely to $150 per their service desk person. I called booking.com for the price match, submitted them differences, but they rejected. Yet again it shows how their customer service is. If you are still interested to book this property, book directly, not via Booking.com, unless they do price match for you, which they didn't in my booking. Please do read this and thank me later :)
