  : The value and it was located in a gated community.
  : It wasn't very clean. There were dirty sheets on the master bed, the comforter in the twin bed rooms that has blood on it- it looked like someone bled on it and it was never washed. We had to clean the wall next to the twin bed because someone had wiped boogers on it, before my child could sleep in the bed. For an almost $100 cleaning fee, the apartment wasn't very clean. Someone wrote on the mirror prior to our stay in the bathrooms and you could see it when it was steamy. The air couldn't be turned down under 75 degrees, which made it humid- when it was humid, your feet stuck to the dirty carpets.I had to contact the rental company to figure out the pin #s, where to get the keys, pay through them on a 3rd party website even though I already booked with booking.com, ask for the contract, ect. I had to call the emergency # when we arrived at 1am because the key wasn't in the key box and no one called to tell us the box was broken and it was under the mat. It was frustrating after driving 8 hours. The customer service lady was very helpful but it was stressful having to call everyone to figure everything out, when it's usually way easier to just book and go
