Disappointing

  : I chose it because it was one of the few hotels in the area with free parking.
  : The walls, light switches, door knobs, curtains, and shower curtains had black smudges, like someone with very dirty hands came in and touched everything. I had to wipe the light switches with soap and water. We made sure to limit our touch surfaces. Fortunately, we were there just one night after a late night out. Some other guests seemed to live there and stayed up the entire night, walking back and forth. We were not welcomed into the lobby. We had to conduct business through the night window during the day. After seeing the pictures, I was hoping this was a cute, modern take on a motel, but it was, unfortunately, the exact type we all try to avoid.

  : The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was close to the Long Beach Convention Center.
  : When I entered the room it reeked of marijuana. The room was dirty and the towels did not look washed. There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. There are unpatched holes in the bathroom. The paint was peeling in the room. And they knew there was an intoxicated guest in the next room who woke me up with their loud cursing. It was more scary than anything I saw at Midsummer Scream.

  : it was bad. night clerk who checked us in was nice.
  : location was very seedy and dirty part of town. the room was dirty, the sheets didn't cover the mattress or mattress cover (which was just a blanket) the mattress was dirty. My son woke up with bed bug bites all over his body (over 50) and was so uncomfortable. we didn't sleep hardly all night as he was being bitten, the noise outside was awful, and it was just a really really bad hotel. I'm surprised they are still in business.

  : Bed was medium firm if you prefer softer beds from fancy hotels just saying

  : The last time I stayed here it was great clean and no bugs. This time the bathroom was not very clean and I had to clean it before I could shower. Then there were bugs in the bathroom. Shower wand was also broken.

  : The front desk was great, the gentleman was super informative and provided even a map of the area which was great and we used it.
  : The refrigerator wasn't cleaned but we were only there for one night so it didn't really matter
