  : No receptionist when we arrived. People were able to take our reserved room.

  : The staff is very friendly. The river is nice.
  : The hotel is extremely old. The room had a terrible mildew smell. The bed was uncomfortable. I had to hold my breath to walk through the lobby due to the overpowering stench of what I guess was a combo of smoke and mildew.

  : Good breakfast, though not included. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful and the place has potential.
  : The owner was NOT helpful with an early checkin request. She was downright rude and made sure we were charged extra for an hour early check in. We were in a bind to attend a wedding at the same time as check in and really didn't want to do a late check in after wedding, as it didn't look like anyone would be around to give us a key. She could have at least checked with housekeeping, as they were done early anyway and there was no expense for them to check us in early. Just a weird experience and poor customer service by the Owner. Staff on the other hand were helpful and friendly.

  : Location to activities in surrounding area. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking as business at this place is almost non existent.
  : Very poor customer service. Room dusty and poorly outfitted. Beds noisy?Lighting bad, broken lamp on night stand.

  : Nice old hotel on the river with beautiful wood, nice bar and different level decks to enjoy dining. Staff was nice. Owner was sweet.
  : The mattress was awful. old and hard. Didnt sleep. The food is terrible. No deck or balcony. Rooms were expensive and no amenities
