  : it depends on the workers i guess. i checked in and received keys and could not get into the door closw to my room but a maid who was very pleasant helped me out and reprogramed the cards which should have been done when i first got the room. they worked fine until the second night. i came back but this time the door would not let me in. i had to go to the front anyways and talked to the clerk. he asked if it got into the room and i did not know cause i had to walk. well it did. the third day i came back and walked into the front area and found out the card key did not let me into my room. this time i got waited on a lot friendlier clerk at the desk and he said they were not magnetized and reprogramed them. he also told me to keep them way from metal and cell phones. well not only did i get into the room but also the access doors. they worked for at least the third day
