  : The outside of the building is old and dilapidated. When inside one of the bed frames were broken. The ceiling in the living room leaked when the shower ran. The maintenance man was supposed to come but never did. Last but certainly not least.. ROACHES were EVERYWHERE.

  : The property was in a very unpleasant area. The home was not clean, had broken doors. The upstairs TV did not work at all. The bathrooms were not clean efficiently. The home seems to be on a incline, or was built terribly because you can feel the holes in the ground as you walk on the floor.

  : It was water all over the kitchen floor near the sink and stove. It smelled like mold and water. The floors were uneven, it was definitely not a cottage, it was a townhome. The location had cars next door close to the driveway, the facility was old and dated. It was a smoked black and mild behind the TV. The kitchen trash has mold in it.

  : Location was great for what we needed.
  : It was not very clean. Found a roach the very first night. One of the mattresses did not have a mattress cover. The pictures were deceiving. The handrail on stairs was dirty, sticky. The renovations that were done was obviously not done by a professional. The kitchen floor linoleum made a sticky noise with every movement. The overhead from the kitchen fan looked as if it was spray painted. The trim from painting very messy. Renovations...looks like good intent but follow through very amateur and sloppy all through the house. There were ants on the kitchen counter the next day and we hadnt even ate at the house yet. The carpet did not look very clean. The linen and towels seemed clean. The beds were comfortable. Although both rooms had TVs only one had cable the other was an antenna and the TV screen was green and could barely see a pic of very poor quality. There was a leftover mayonnaise jar in fridge that was open. Who is going to use community mayonnaise? We didnt even get groceries or cook there because it was just not clean. The bath rugs and toilet seat covers did not look laundered. There were stains in the downstairs toilet. Overall very disappointing. Especially after the roach and ants. We kept our suitcases zipped and off the floor. Ive never stayed in a place that I was afraid to walk in my socks or bare feet. The staff was very kind and quick to respond. The oven drawer had crumbs and spiderwebs. I was not aware that this was a neighborhood of duplex houses. Neighbors were nice. Would have taken pics if I knew I could share. This place might be suitable for college students but not for families trying to save money and eat real meals vs fast food their entire trip. We would have been better off in a hotel but would have spent more money. A walk through should be done by Booking.com before they allow anyone to lease their place out. We have traveled many places and stayed in various places but this was hands-down the worst.
