  : Location was nice, decent amount of parking. View from unit was great!
  : More attention to detail would have helped... upon entering the unit was very warm; I realize there was no AC but it was as if a heater was on that couldn't be found. The sofa bed mattress and cover were very shabby and in need of replacement. There was no adequate bedding provided for the sofa bed other than a thick quilt pillow found on the closet floor. There were only sheer curtains in the living room (no light blocking) that allowed for privacy and kids bedtimes. Both TVs had multiple remotes and were not self explanatory; easy operating instructions would have saved some headache. Most of the cabinets had chipped or cracked paint which could easily be fixed. I couldn't find any hand towels for the kitchen. There was laundry in the dryer but the lint trap was broken and sitting on top. There was a near empty laundry soap container available for use but not enough to run more than 1 load. The bedroom bed was strange in that on top was very padded and comfy but under the covers it was not. My first night crawling into bed there was sand in the sheets (as if they hadn't been changed.) I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter just for the padding and to avoid dirty sheets. The unit itself was fine but it seems that the maintenance and cleanliness of it has been neglected.

  : The property was great. Great views of ocean, but didnt see any elevators. Three flights of stairs can be tiring if you have to go up and down multiple times a day. Room was comfortable but crowded.
  : It needs updated! No real use for a desk ad a dining table in center of front room Is odd. A little bit of money could go a long was in that place. Only one usb outlet and tv is super small!!!
