  : Close to old orchard.
  : The smell,hair dryer broken in pieces wall dirty toilet leaking and flushing every 3 minutes stay there for 2 days hard to get face clothes,toilet paper motel was not clean will not go back and not recommend to anybody!

  : My niece is in college at Bates, so this is usually my go-to hotel whenever I come out this way .. Hotel could use upgrades, but it gets the job done for the price .. Staff is friendly !

  : Minute you enter the property, you can smell the musky smell, marijuana smell all around. Went to check the rooms and found mould around the bath tubs, falling ceiling tiles, torn wall papers. Really disgusting environment and big health hazards.

  : As a former travel agent I cannot believe that Ramada Inn would have its good reputation associated with this truly rundown hotel. And we trust sites like Booking.com to have some idea of what they are selling to their clients.

  : Breakfast was a joke. Zero coffee, zero juice. A few apples, couple of bagels, half a loaf of bread and a tub of peanut butter.
  : Lack of Cleanliness, no hand soap. Fridge was dirty, walls had blood stains. Holes in the walls. Tap to take shower was seized. A funny smell in the room. Front desk people had such heavy accents what they said you couldn’t understand . No coffee, tea, water or juice at breakfast. Breakfast was a joke. Outside building was gross with creepy people hanging around.

  : Nothing. This hotel is disgusting and needs to be renovated.
  : The hotel is dirty and the staff (the guy in the reception) is rude. He needs to be trained how to deal with customers especially if there’s any complaints.Upon check in, we were advised to go to door #5, park the car at door #5 and enter door #6 (where the room is located at the ground floor). Upon entering, the hallway already smells bad especially when we enter our room. There’s a bad odour inside the room (smells like molds and cigarettes). Aside from bad smell, both beds are dirty (wall is dirty, room carpet stained looks like blood, bathroom, etc.).We complained to the reception area to change our room but to no avail. They didn’t bother to go to our room to check our complaints. We have to take it regardless of the complaints. We were advised to contact booking.com if we want to be refunded because the booking is not done directly with them. Therefore, we’re requesting to review this and get a refund. Because of this, we booked to another hotel because we can’t stay with them due to foul odour inside the room.

  : It was OK, but I thought it would be a lot better. The staff was not men’s 24 hours a day and the breakfast was so so.

  : We liked that the room was clean. Loved the frig!
  : There was no soap! There was a tiny bottle of body wsh by the sink, nothing in the shower. Also, the smoke detector light kep tlighting up every minute - literally - all night. By the time we got to bed, we were too tired, to tell the management, and deal with all that then.
