  : I didn’t like how the understaffed the place was. The staff was nice. You guys should include the breakfast into the stay since it’s the same exact food at any hotel. The bar and grill did not match the hours on your website. An elevator was broken. The luggage carts are broken- you guys should really update. There was no coffee area like it says at the front desk. The guest pantry barely had anything in it. There needs to be more parking- I was there for 4 nights and new people kept coming to reserve a room but there was no parking for them. The outside doors are so odd, there should be clear signs to the lobby through the hotel. I got lost for 8 minutes trying to find the lobby. The flooring around the pool it really needs some TLC! There were no towels at the pool and the front desk only gave us hand towels after swimming because there were no house keeping. The doors in the bathroom inside the rooms needs to be completely restructured. The smoking location where there’s a bench, the bench is half broken and as a female that’s young the trees made me more paranoid because what if I were to get kidnapped I wouldn’t be able to see them coming. It’s a safety thing really for male and females. If you were to put in a coffee place I think you’d get more customers. I could go on and on what you could fix that could benefit your hotel.

  : Dirty, front end desk was rude. Took 20 mins to get the WiFi password. Could hear the people loud and clear at 530 am. Issues with refund.

Disappointing

  : It is in a great location . Close to shops, restaurants and a mall.
  : The room needs paint and the sheets and blankets need upgraded or replaced. They make you pay for breakfast ($12, it is not included), so my spouse and I ate out for less in the morning at Waffle House. Also, we had food delivered but the restaurant forgot our utensils. The Radisson would not accommodate us with forks or spoons. Furthermore, the front desk customer service was egregious overall. Will never stay with this off brand hotel again.
