  : Clarify your pet policy. Pet friendly does not normally mean dogs only but at your hotel it does. Resulting in a great inconvenience to my family on a short trip to Leavenworth.

  : Room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, with plenty of parking and a few minutes' walk to main town attractions.
  : Bathroom was a bit outdated, but no issues with anything. Breakfast didn't seem fresh, with much of the fruit bruised and cinnamon rolls a little dry.

  : The staff person that helped with the accessible lift to get into the pool. She was so kind and helpful.
  : None of your property is wheelchair accessible. Particularly difficult to find a way onto the sidewalks, in fact there was none

  : Pros: walking distance to Leavenworth town; pool was great on a hot summer day; staff was friendly. If you like free breakfasts, it was acceptable. Probably good for families.
  : Cons: When I went to take a shower, the bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were all empty. The people in the next room were talking in moderate tones (not yelling), and I could hear every word.

  : I love the property. It was so cute and the rooms are great. The beds also comfy.
  : The hot water did not last long. I ended up taking a very cold shower and that was very disappointing.

  : This was the second time that I've stayed at Der Ritterhof and I would come again sometime. Check-in/out was easy and the staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the beds are comfortable! The AC kept us cool, and the swimming pool was perfect on such a hot summer day. Breakfast is standard stuff. The brewed coffee was good.
  : The only thing was the condition of the road behind the hotel - it was rough and dusty. I don't think it's the hotel's fault but we drove back around the way we came in instead of taking that road to exit so as not to risk our sport tires.
