  : The hotel's soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear the dog barking from the neighboring room, especially late at night.

  : Front desk check in was wonderful Jen I believe checked me in but it was quite a wait for the room but I understand help on Sunday Jen was excellent and very professional but really down to earth She was excellent the housekeeping staff were excellent also very pleasant hard working

  : The gym was excellent with the most equipment I have had for this hotel, without going to a gym.
  : The room was listed as a king bed, when it was a queen size bed, just because it was one bed. Also my breakfast was included. For $225, I felt breakfast should have been included. But in this day and age, you pay ALOT for less!. And they said we could get bikes for free. When I checked in , no bikes were available, Also looked at the breakfast, and what they wanted for what I saw, didn't look appealing.

  : The room was spacious and clean. King bed was very comfortable. We loved the shower. Staff met all our needs and requests with a smile. Excellent location near highway and stores.
  : The breakfast was palatable but not something we looked forward to. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

  : The lounge, bar, and outside area are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were 100% courteous, kind, and helpful. Everyone was working hard and super friendly. The location in regards to Palmer Square is great.
  : Hotel pools are often small and always humid but, as a pool, it seemed unclean. And the swimming lessons during pool hours are not ideal for travelers.

  : None, worst of my life, nightmare
  : Second day morning, weak up find ants everywhere, I got bit on my leg and ankle, my son was bit on the neck, and we found hundreds of hundreds ant on the desk and floor, but we don’t have any sweet thing, I took pictures and show to the front desk, they changed a room for me, and even give us free compliments breakfast to make up, I thought it’s over, one day later in the night, next door were singing and tapping till 2:00 am , I called front desk at 11:30, they said they will check, but the noise is up and down, never stopped, then they even called me at 12:00 said they send someone up and did not find it, I was so mad , my kids almost try to fall asleep and they their phone call wake them up again, I told her it’s like every 2,3 mins, then she is very impatiently said they will check again, but the noise never stopped till 2:00, I even keep the noise recording. And And the last night we stay there, the dog next door bark from 8:00 pm and never stopped, I start calling front desk at 10:00 pm, they said they aware of the situation but can not get hold of the owner, till then They can not do anything. I explained them my kids have tournament tomorrow and beside the dog, there is a young couple can not hold the sound quite that moan like 10 mins and I don’t know how to explain to my young boys about that sound!!!;( seriously, it’s too drama to stay here, is this Hilton?!! Then the front desk saying like: “are you stay in the room of two queen beds, sorry, we don’t have room switch for you” seriously, I need my money back!I never write bad stuff for other business like this, but really, this is impossible happen all at same time just for a 6 night stay.
