  : The location of the property was great, and the parking was adequate.
  : I did not like the noise level of children running down the hall slamming doors in the middle of the night. I did not like the room was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was no paper in the bathroom, and there were not enough towels for 2 people. I did not like that the shower curtain did not reach inside the shower stall. Therefore, water would drip onto the tile floor, creating a fall hazard for my husband. I did not like that the bathroom sink had no water pressure. I did not like the refrigerator leaking and appeared rusted in areas. I did not like that another tenant was throwing items onto the balcony from above.I also did not like that It was not disclosed on the website that the facility housed people for the long term.My stay was shortened by one night, and it has become a run around between the hotel and bookings.com to get my agreed refund. I was told that because I booked through a third party, the receipt would be emailed to me and not provided at the desk. As of today, I have not received an email receipt nor my credit.
