: I liked that, it was not a crowded space.
: I didn’t like that I payed double the amount for a room that I didn’t like the view because I had chosen the view of the sphere and the only way I could see it was going out of my room to the nearest elevator just to see the sphere view and my in-laws payed way cheaper on there stay and they had a way better view than I. Also went to go walk outside for some fresh air to see the pool and the view of that side of the hotel since I didn’t get to see it. But as soon as I got to the lobby there were peopl having fights in the lobby due to the festival. I decided to just go back and stay in my room after that situation.

: Reception staff was totally un professional and ruthless.At the time of Checkin they refused to accept my debit card because my name was not printed and initially receptionist told me to deposit $100 and upon argument she called Manager she called her manager and she increased deposit $200 and no acceptance of tired. They demanded cash if I was alone no problem my 7 years daughter and wife with me from time 4:00 am to 5:30 am I had so much luggage and my family was tired otherwise I never stay in this hotel ever and never.They told me due to Hotel Policy they cannot accept card because my name was name printed although my daughter requested I am very sleepy but that time receptionist and manager did not listen and told me to pay cash $189 + $200 deposit cash from time 6:00 am to 11:00 am only because we were tired due to long flights and we had luggage they even didn’t think one time for 7 years child.The surprised thing is next day a good staff use sane card for balance payment.Hotel management should realized some time your staff extra overtime smartness gives trouble to your customer and loose your business. I am ready to provide all evidence if management contacts me.
