  : Property was gross. They didn’t have a room for us, despite having a reservation. They sent us to travel lodge but couldn’t transfer our stay and told us we could cancel it on booking.com. They didn’t respond to booking.com so we had to pay for both and haven’t gotten a refund. No competent staff. Two people taking smoke breaks instead of getting our issues resolved.

  : The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The filthiest hotel I have ever been to my entire life. There was nothing I liked about this hotel unfortunately, outside of its location close to downtown Cleveland.
  : Where do I begin:- Door handle not working to enter hotel room.- Incredibly understaffed. - The lobby was disgusting with spiderwebs hanging from the sealing, very messy, unsanitary. - To get to the hotel rooms was disgusting. Had to walk upstairs and into this hallway with very minimal lighting.- Bathrooms were incredibly gross with a moldy dirty bathtub - Door lock on the hotel room door didn't work- Sheets/beds were dirty with cigarette holes in the bed sheets.- Pillow cases dirty.- Cum stain on the table. - Very dusty.- Only person working is this kid who did the best he could and helped us in our room a few times but there needs to be more than one person working here.- Bathroom upon entering our room initially had no toilet paper- Black mold growing from the top of the bathroom air vent- Dead insects hanging from windows- Leaking sealing- Asked for more towels and the only person appeared to be working told me there are none left for the night because they are currently being washed. - Curtains disgusting- Keycards didnt open the door easily to hotel room. - Asked for more towels and was told to wait for the maid to do it. However, that person never came. So later in the night we approached him again and then he ended up having them behind his desk the entire time to give us more.- Our hotel door room lock did not fully close the door.- At night this hotel was very worn down and sketchy looking. - Loud door banging sounds throughout the day and night.

  : The 1 ,1/2 wait to check in. The dirty rooms,, including cracked ceiling. The worst part was the USED condom left behind my mattress.amomg others. Evidence of bedbugs and a left over crackpiipe Seeking a compensation in the future.
