: The location and this property is very clean
: This is not my first time staying in this great hotel. I make my reservation online with booking.com and they send me the confirmation number. Doing ny check in the front desk person told me that she could not find my reservation but I could pay directly to the property to make an accommodation. I adv the front desk female that I have a reservation number and I already paid due to this the front desk representative stated you book online and not with us so contact them and ask the to refund you you can take a seat and do that here. I stated that’s bullshit due to is not the first time I been booking this online and never had that issue, front desk representative get offended and told me to leave the property or she will call the police and start victimizing her self forgetting that I have the right of The First Amendment I told the representative that I did not said to her and she refuse to provide service and keep treating me calling the police. I ask for her supervisor and her supervisor was awesome he solve the issue in seconds just letting me know that all I need to do is wait a few minutes so the booking.com reservation gets into his system, the front desk representative get into a rude attitude and leave into the back room of the front desk and the manager was on the phone telling me just wait a few minutes to I can be check in, I adv the supervisor his representative refuse to provide a customer service and he will talk to her. Representative came out to the front desk to do our check in and then she throw the room keys on the front counter and went back to the room behind front desk. The customer service from this person was really nasty with her narcissistic attitude and victimizing herself make making a huge drama, providing a poor experience with zero problem solving skills, she really needs more training for customer service and understand that she is not the CEO or the client.
