: The lake scenery was absolutely great.it was quite and peaceful!
: Floors could use a good steam clean. No dishwasher detergent. We did dishes by hand which is OK. It had a 2 burner top,which we didn't use, but certainly would have come in handy for other times. Bathroom was clean and the tub/shower was nice. I would stay again just for the peace and quiet.

: Our first time to visit Lake Placid. We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Grassy Inn. The owner was very nice and very helpful. The view from the patio area was incredible. Very relaxing and peaceful.

: The location with stunning views across the lake was superb. The facilities were good.
: The road was noisy, even where we were on the other side of the building. Maybe planting more shrubs/trees between the existing plants and the end of the building would be worth considering to reduce the noise.

: Outward appearance of hotel is less than impressive. Room was OK. Although it is right on Rt 27, it was quiet inside. View was great. Beautiful lake.
: Pans. No sauce pans in kitchen. 1 frying pan so badly scratched we were afraid to use it. Only given 1 roll of toilet paper at a time. Ran out twice. Only a little hand soap was given. We ran out. Owner was nice and quickly gave us what we needed, but why not stock up for guests? At this price, you don't expect to run out of necessitates. Mosquitos! This whole area is lakes, beautiful lakes, but the swarms of mosquitoes covered the windows and doors at night and required constant application of repellant.
