  : Location was great.
  : The inside of the house was covered in dust and spider webs. The bbq was out of propane. There were dirty towels in the bathroom. The wifi went out on our second night and no one could fix it.

  : Great location and view. Great atmosphere and layout.
  : Requires high dusting , lots of cob webs. Towels appeared to be dirty as they had stains and hair on them. Propane tank was empty , luckily have a friend who lives out in Lake Arrowhead and was able to locate a tank for me.Could have left windows open before our arrival as it was over 95 degrees in the house upon arrival

  : Very disappointed in the lack of care of this home for the price. There were cobwebs everywhere, walls were dirty and dingy, white carpet in need of replacement. Dishes were in the cupboards that had not been washed. We left a day early . Top notch prices for not a top notch home. Owners need to send a little money and clean the place up and hire people who will actually clean . Bluetooth speaker was broken buttons are missing and still in the home .

  : Just the location where the house is located at was very nice.
  : There was a lot of Spiders all over the house and inside the rooms. We couldn't sleep thinking they would come down to our bodies, we end up sleeping with our face mask all night and all of our things we had to take them back to the car so no spiders would go in our luggage. They need to clean it before it gets rent it again there is spiders web all over the house inside.

  : The location and view was excellent. Furnishings were adequate and comfortable.
  : Place was NOT clean. (e.g., Unemptied waste baskets. Dust and spider webs on deck chairs). Several light fixtures not working. No cooling--place was uncomfortably hot. No instruction sheet for operating TV features. Upstairs bath had extremely noisy fan which came on with light switch. Closets were padlocked closed in master bedroom with no provision for hanging clothes.
