: The location was great.
: Room 416 was dirty, had a joint on the nightstand upon arrival, halfway smoked, and some chew items in a baggie, assuming they were so marijuana gummies. Pretty disappointed in the appearance of the room and the leftover items..would have been quite upset if one of our children had found them.

: Good location, grass area oceanfront is a great place to watch the sunset, comfortable bedding and towels, beach towels are included. No AC, but wind does blow through and cool it off, along with fans. Lots of free parking. Pool was being retiled and BBQ area was closed. WiFi works well.
: Lanai is open to rain so existing furniture is in bad condition, need to replace with weather proof chairs and table like other balconies. Microwave over the stove is broken and the counter top microwave is not acceptable solution as it takes up most of the very limited counter space. When we arrived the floor had not been mopped and was sticky and grimy. The dishes were also grimy and we had to scrub everything. Management was responsive and sent over mop and bucket, as well as new pans, bowls and flatware that was lacking. There are no instructions in the unit, so they also sent someone over to show us how to use the TV. No beach equipment in the unit.

: It was peaceful and quiet. But I only stay for 2 hours.
: In the room I went for a shower and the water was running at it was dirty room number 416.

: no AC & the booking didn’t say that - toilet clogged and there was no plunger, not enough towels, and the shower curtain fell while using the shower and it wouldn’t go back up
