  : When we arrived the keys were not in the lockbox. It took several calls before someone finally told us they were bringing a key to us. This was after an hour of waiting. As we go into the property we find it to be very hot inside, I called to find out where was the control to turn on the A/C and they told me the property had no A/C. We found some dirty fans in the unit which we ended up using. The unit was dirty! The bathrooms had not been cleaned, the utensils showed signs of food particles, the whole place was dirty and disgusting! Lastly, the photos shown on the website are not correct. The property we stayed at was outdated. Nothing like the photos advertised. We went island hopping. We visited Honolulu, The Big Island and Maui. The other two places were awesome. The only thing I regret is not asking for my money back and going to another hotel or air bnb.
