  : We loved the shower... it was strong and hot! Bed was comfy.
  : Traffic outside the hotel! It was almost unbearable at night, constant road noise throughout the night. Didn't get much sleep the 1st night, a little better the 2nd night.

  : The staff was fantastic - really accommodating and friendly. Shout-out to Anderson for his support and providing compensation for an unsatisfactory room. The room was very dated but perfectly clean! A fireplace by the swimming pool area is a nice addition! Free parking space.
  : The room we were offered was really poor - facing the street, below ground level/semi-basement, smelled of damp, very dark and very noisy. Unfortunately the place was fully booked and there was no room to swap. This was our most expensive (even after a discount) accommodation on our California + Hawai'i trip and definitely the worst. My recommendation: Laguna Beach is absolutely gorgeous but it is also extremely pricey - stay there if you can afford hotels USD500+ a night, otherwise stay in one of the coastal towns around for better quality/value for money and visit Laguna from there.
