  : Staff is underwhelming. Room was not ready when we checked in so we settled with a room with king sized bed instead of the 2 queen beds we booked. 2nd day, coffee was spilled in bed so we called for clean up before 10 am. I know they clean check out rooms first and I understand. We came back from lunch (around 1 pm) and room still not cleaned. We changed to go to the pool for 2 hrs, still not cleaned. We hung out at the garden for another hour giving them a chance to clean our room and they still didn’t clean. We were tired and wet so we came back to our room to nap. They started knocking at 6:30PM to clean the room!!!! I said my family is tired and we are taking a nap! The lady apologized and said to call if we needed our room cleaned. I called at 7pm before leaving for dinner and of course the housekeeping is gone for the day! When I said I called twice, the girl put me on hold for 20 minutes!!!! What a joke! There was nothing special in this hotel. No I don’t recommend staying in this place nor I am booking again!
