: Wi-fi is slow my kids our cyber school they’re having hard time doing they’re school work and the washing machine needs update I try to wash clothes the water level is very low some of our clothes got damaged.

: Location from theme parks was ideal.
: For the amt. of money paid for our stay, it was not fully equipped for our stay: no extra towels, no extra paper items in bath or kitchen. The mulch in front entry smelled terrible. Window coverings were disgustingly filthy: easy to see they hadn't been cleaned. Worst of all Guest Relations was not very friendly or helpful. We pd. extra to have pool heated never heated n when I notified G.R. I was told by Lisa that I should have notified them. I contacted office on Sat. there was no answer. We were gone from house to theme parks everyday very early and returned very late unable to call G.R. We feel G.R. should make a call to ALL guests during their stay just to see how their stay is going? Would not stay or recommend with Tropical Terrace again.
