  : Spacious plenty of room for the family, quiet location, secured neighborhood.
  : There was wet towels left in the dryer that smelt moldy, had to purchase garbage can liners, there was no remote to turn on the A/C unit in the garage, the pool cues all had missing tips, Jacuzzi would drain when it was turned on. When we spoke to the property management about the issues we were told " we needed to contact the owners, as we rented them them" all my paperwork, payments, etc. All the the Villas Direct name on them. The front porch is all a low spot, so when it rains, as it does in Florida, the entry area becomes its own pool. The master bedroom is the warmest place in the home. As if the vent was shut off, but it wasn't.

  : The stove and oven was broke. I contacted the staff about it, they sent someone to checked the oven out and confirmed that the oven was broken and to do not use the stove. I never heard back from the staff and the oven and stove never got fixed.
