  : It was an okay, nice location. The amenities were fun. Location was close to the amusement parks so that is always a plus. The location was directly behind a plaza so that was convenient as well.
  : The down side of this trip for me had to be the resort staff. Due to me booking through bookings.comthey were practically no help when it came to our needs.

  : Superb location, lots of space, your own house. Plenty of parking, nice amenities, close to all parks. Target and othershops around the corner, really great.
  : Being a bit picky: we didn't get the house we selected. We thought we selected a house with 2 couchesin the living room so we could all sit (5) but we got another with only 1 couch, seating 3 people. But that's the only downside I can think of.Oh yeah, everything you buy, eat or drink is really expensive. Bit I guess that's more of a Florida thing, than a Margarita ville thing.

  : Loved the pool and activities,vibe love the bikes to rent.
  : Paid to have house with bedroom downstairs because im in wheelchair. Didn't get that .had to climb long steps to get to bedroom. Told there was shuttle from airport not true. The cottages had no shuttle to take u to pool or to shops etc. Was told shuttle would take us tp universal. The time to come back was at 545 parks didn't close til 9. There was no information given at front desk. Conceriege and shuttle closed at 3. Wasn't allowed to sit at table with umbrella unless ordering food. I'm handicapped but they didnt care. Roach in the bedroom emailed to ask for help they didn't respond or come over. Told i would have pool or hot tub didn't have either

  : great location and we enjoyed our stay.
  : garbage disposal didn’t work and there were ants in the one bathroom. Fortunately, it was the bathroom for the kids so they just used our bathroom. Also, when I booked, it said the unit had a grill and it did not.
