  : The location of the townhome was close proximity to Old Town and other stores.
  : The cleanliness of the home, the pests and stray pit bull roaming the streets in front of our door. The water slide was not available for our stay and we was not informed of such. The townhouse temperature was set at 72 degrees in which we were completely uncomfortable because the ac was not blowing properly. The unit froze and caused a leakage in the roof. I contacted the representative in which they made it seem as if I was at fault for contacting them the next morning instead of that night. I am highly disappointed with the week long stay without being refunded any of our funds. They offered a credit but I refuse to stay at any of their facilities in the future.

  : Very dirty,walls very dirty place is badly maintained looks of stuff need attention an repair bed sheets not clean I would've been better on a 2 start motel I was very disappointed when I arrived at this facility this was by far the worst I ever been in for how much I was charge this was a rip off the website pictures are very misleading

  : I like the living room bathrooms and kitchen it was nice
  : I couldn't get on the internet had alot of business work to do but the internet didn't work had to go to the office lobby to get some things done and the resort did not look nothing like the picture no water slides for the kids like the picture shown I had to take my kids to another resort with water slides with was more money we had to pay and the house didn't have any small wash towels we had to go buy some and I think the resort should provide toilet paper and trash bags

  : The house was nice and clean, but it was not the house I was expecting,far from the pictures that were advertised. The property was nice over all my family and I made the best of the our vacation.
  : I was very disappointed to get to the house and it was not the house I expected after waiting a year due to COVID-19. I reserved this vacation last year 2020 and then Covid hit and could not go on vacation. I researched this resort and vacation home and got nothing that the pictures showed newly Renovated vacation home. The home owner need to do a little upgrading on the outside pool furniture. Also need more lighting in the pool area.

  : Some issues with WIFI connectivity for first 3 days and thermostat issues first 4 days. Although these issues were caused by the people that stayed before us and time was given to correct the issues it took a lot longer than we hoped. I was unable to do work as I planned onto earlier in our stay and we went through 4 days of uncomfortable heat and humidity in the condo.
