  : Plenty of space and fully equipped except a bbq grill that I asked for. It was pretty clean and decorated very nicely.
  : The location was NOT in Kissimmee! Actually in Davenport. That’s about a 40-45 min drive to the main attraction area! I was pretty upset about how the ad is a complete lie as far as the location goes. Also it was hot in the home upon arrival it cooled down that night but it seemed to stay around 80! Degrees for the majority of our stay! Then the last two days of our stay the air finally seemed to be working properly!

  : The house was very well kept and clean. Unfortunately a couple of the comforters had old stains on them.
  : Security came to the house at least 4 times because the next door neighbor continuously parked in the street in front of my house ..i constantly told them it was the neighbor vehicles. My husband and I went to dinner twice and our kids called and said security was knocking on the door about the neighborhood vehicle parked in front of our house.. We couldn't even enjoy our date night. My kids were afraid everytime security came to the house. These same neighbors cursed throughout the night at the pool.. During the day my kids couldn't enjoy our pool because the neighbors cursed so bad describing male and female body parts. But when my husband went to security about the profanity from the neighbors they stated they couldn't do anything about it..
