  : the house was over all nice and comfortable
  : the pool and hot tub got over heated and I was told we had 24/7 customer service. it got so hot to the point where we had our feet burn from just sitting on the side of the hot tub. I believe we whoever is in the house should have access to the heating system 100%!!!

  : Our hot tub was messed up part of the time but they quickly fixed the problem. Could use new mattresses but overall Loved our stay

  : The location, the size of the villa and the pool.
  : On arrival we found there was no Wi-Fi, no landline telephone, abysmal security on the two patio/pool area glass sliding doors.Televisions in main living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms did not work. There were six TV remote controls in a drawer under the main TV. None worked, most either had the batteries exposed with no cover attached or available. The sofas and chairs were in a disgusting and dirty condition with lots of food stains. The vertical blinds in the main living room and bedroom had vanes missing. Black mould on the shower curtain (photo attached). Mats on all bathroom floors were dirty and stained, Tea towels smelly and dirty. Kitchen storage was poor, with no pantry cupboard, due to what should have been the pantry was the locked owners cupboard. Large urine stain on twin bed room mattress, room decorated with Disney characters. Electrical cable with bare ends hanging out of wall at shoulder height in the garage. Games room miss represented in website villa photos. The following were shown in the photo, but did not exist: Basket ball game, sofa, table and four chairs and two strollers. All that remained were football game and slider game. during the we had cockroach problems in the garage, main bedroom, second bedroom, hallway.Generally the villa was dirty and in need of a major clean and update. Many items needed replacing, I.e. lounge furniture, mattresses, etc. A previous guest made a similar comment on the Villadirect website.We went in person to Villadirects offices on the day after we arrived to complain about the above issues. They did address many of the above issues, but this just showed that no responsible person had checked the villa for cleanliness and being in suitable condition for guests to stay.There is absolutely no way this villa was worth the considerably amount of money that we paid for it. We lost two days of our holiday sorting out problems, communicating with and then visiting the Villadirect office.
