: Well It was not explained to me that I needed to receive entry by going to a different location than the property, but it wasnt a big issue just would have liked to know ahead of time
: I would have liked to know before arriving that if I wanted the Pool/ Jacuzzi to be heated for additional cost I needed to request it, also I think a little more toiletries as far as tissue being provided for a party of six wouldve been appreciate it but was ok with it all nothing major.

: That it's was close to the places we needed .
: We paid for heat and the pool didn't get heated till the 2nd day of our trip and we were only there for 4 day. They started redoing the roof while we were there on our last day no notice had a hard time getting into the house and couldn't park at the house because the company was using our parking spot. The roof stuff was going into our poll area so we could use the outside at all on our last full day. They started the roof at 6:50 a.m it was so loud no one could sleep and they didn't end till 6:30 at night. Villa direct wouldn't refund us for the last day which is not okay.

: This is a condo unit and very spacious. Not very many towels for the number of bedrooms.
: garbage not picked up from previous renters,I called for it to be done. The garbage collector came back tore the bag and left food all over walkway 2 days in a row I had to clean it up. Carpets are filthy. Pool area moldy. Main pool seating hard to get.

: It was close to so many stores and restaurants. very convenient and staff was very helpful.
: The ice machine didnt work and someone was going to come to fix it. And they should have a laundry basket in the wash room.
