  : The home was spacious with good wifi reception and cable throughout the entire house.
  : 1. At the time of check-in, the address provided on the site was not the right address to go to i the instructions. 2. When we went to use the hot tub, we found this utility completely drained and there were maintenance workers inside and out disrupting the visit which we were not aware of. 3. The linens were not cleaned properly. 4. The Master Bedroom toilet had fecal matter from prior guests. 5. There were bugs found crawling in the beds upstairs. 6. One of the back door alarms were disassembled. 7. When we call to get the hot tub issues resolved, we were told they would fix everything after we checked out for the next guest.

  : This home is spacious, has a well supplied kitchen, and is beautiful inside. Our group really enjoyed the game room with pool table and card table complete with poker chips and cards. Everything was immaculately clean. The private pool area was wonderful and included a large, ready to use gas grill that was perfect for our family gathering. The bedrooms are large and nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. Several of the rooms have private bathrooms and the hot water was always available even with our large group.
  : On our first evening there, we were in the pool as soon as possible after our 11 hour trip. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not seem to be heating. Even after cycling it twice as instructed, it did not get warm. We did enjoy the pool even though it was a bit chilled as it is also warmed through the action of the hot tub. Even though the pool is entirely surrounded by screening, the pool had sand all over the bottom and what seemed to be leaves and small wood chip pieces that kept being released from the filter area. We returned from our day’s activity to find that the pool had been serviced. A hose was left running in the pool and we could hear the pump cycling and the hot tub was bubbling, assuming that this was normal we shut of the hose and went to sleep. In the morning I tried to use the hot tub which was still bubbling, but it was way too HOT to put even a foot in. I tried to get in the pool, but even that was too hot to stay in for more than a few minutes. No one else in our party could bear the heat at all. I called the office to report the problem but they could not get anyone out to check it until late in the afternoon. He found that some type of switch had broken and needed to be replaced. He shut off the switch to stop the heating and said the temperature would probably come down by the next evening and said not to turn on the hot tub jets as it would turn on the heat. I pointed out to him that he pool was quickly turning greenish and algae was starting on the steps and in the shallow end, he said this was probably due to the heat and the chemicals evaporating too quickly. He said that someone would come the next day to add chemicals and clean it. We returned the next evening after our activity to find the pool much cooler, but the green color and algae on the steps remained as did the sand, leaves and wood chip particles. Considering it was our last opportunity to enjoy it, we all decided to venture in anyway and a good time was had by all.
