  : The location was pretty good and the lanai was nice and private.
  : The air conditioning unit was very loud. Hard to sleep at night.

  : The suite was spacious and fully stocked with the kitchen, towels, and bedding. It was easy to walk across the street to the beach or relax on the hot tub and pool on site. There is even a few large bbqs in the pool/patio area for guests to use which is awesome.
  : There are a lot of rules that are posted everywhere. While guidelines for conduct are important so all guests can enjoy the facilities equally, the sheer number of rules are hard to keep track of and the fact that they are posted so heavily comes off as a bit aggressive and off-putting.

  : The room was clean and spacious. It had things for the beach too- beach towels, even some sunscreen left, snorkeling sets - it was great! The kitchen had a full oven, a microwave, coffee machine and some spices too! Really well equipped place on such a convenient location! The bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the apartment complex and the daily bus pass is just $4. So one can cheaply reach the very nice beaches of Kamaole or Wailea in just a 15 or 30 min bus ride!

  : This studio was perfect for a single traveler. Close proximity (with rental car) to family living in Kihei, Sugar Beach Bake Shop, Kihei Caffe, Maui Burgers/Safeway (Pi'ikea Shopping Center), Longs Drug Store, Cinnamon Roll Fair Hawaii, Paia Fish Market Southside, Pico Cafe, Kealia National Refuge Park boardwalk/beach, snorkeling and the middle of Kihei Town. Updated kitchenette stocked with all the essentials for preparing light meals. The pool was well maintained and convenient to use following a busy day. There's a designated area & hose for washing rental cars.
  : LR loveseat did not provide comfortable seating, toilet seat showed signs of extensive wear, bed pillow were soiled and the bed covering could use a good washing.

  : The location is a major plus, the parking lot as well. It has a swimming pool for those interested, we really didn't check it out but families seemed to enjoy that plus. It's a self checking so you don't have to talk to anyone.
  : We barely slept, the AC makes a lot of noise like a LOT, the bed and pillows are bad, the room opens on the swimming pool with kids swimming until late at night while we were trying to sleep. The place is decent for maybe families but we were hiking all day and just wanted a place to crash and rest, and this place didn't do it for us. Also they emailed us maybe 18 times prior to arriving, asking for more and more stuff even proof that we are in Maui to compare dates with our Covid tests...

  : Very close to beach and bus stop. Made it easy to get around. Loved seeing the turtles early in the morning.
  : Bed made a lot of creaking noises. Screen door was difficult to open. Night lights weren't working. Television was difficult to turn on.
