  : The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep.
  : I was put in a room where the lights didn't work. I had to carry all what I had back downstairs. I was hurting and the wind was blowing. I was not happy about having to go back downstairs with all my belongings. I had to go back to front desk which another worker did put me in another room.

  : The room was big, the floor was new, the sofa was comfy
  : Stains on bed and pillows (didn’t realize till last day), mold in bathroom, we had no housekeeping during our entire stay, blinds had a receipt coving the broken off slates, plastic grocery bag sticking out “covering something in ceiling, weird globe red light in ceiling (I’m convinced it was a camera) blanket itchy (I went and bought my own blanket and pillows) no WiFi at all! Discovered the last night that there are no locks on the windows (when husband woke up to a flashlight shining in also the storm window was up and screen broke.. bed was hard and up against the wall… for 2 people who does that. Microwave was dirty no coffee pot

  : The kitchen staff was amazing as usual. That is about it. There was nothing else good about the visit. The kitchen staff is friendly and was kind enough to bring my breakfast out to us when our waitress had "Better things to do" aka sit up front on her phone to avoid her customers.
  : The waitress looked like whenever we asked our waitress for something like we were bothering her. She would "help" new customers and then go back up front to sit. Never came back. Needed refills on coffee and she never came back. I needed a togo order and could barely get that in. Was also told that they no longer made breakfast sandwiches and when asking kitchen staff they told me they did still make sandwiches. Was hit on by staff and asked to go back to their room to smoke. Same goes for dinner. Dinner buffet was minimal. Chicken was still pink. Was given hot tea straight from the tea spout. The woman who was also our breakfast waitress never came back to check on us. Never received bread and the other tables were just as annoyed by it. There were children in the kitchen and I ended up having to ask one of them to help me. Absolutely terrible. The room was barely cleaned. The tub filled with water in an instant and I had to go buy a plunger to get water to go down. There was a layer on the top of the water and I wasn't even in the shower yet. The fridge had a huge block of ice in freezer section. The comforters had burn holes in it. There was long strands of hair EVERYWHERE.
