  : Hi guys. I'm not used to complain. But this complex lacks a lot of things that usually we get when we come to ski. For example. You left cofee for 2 days. We're. Going to be here 7. There is no light at the pool ( jacuzzi) soap, body cream. Cream for cofee, sugar, sweetener and stuff that is really chip and shows interest in having the guests with simple stuff. Could be of quality and quantity to keep us satisfy. But the main complain is that you offer a distance of 350 yds. To the lift and is a walk of more than half a kilometer. I cancelled a preciouss acomodaran for that reason and paid an excess of 1000 dllrs. Just to be able to ski in and out. And this is impossible from this complex. I'm telling you all this so you'll understand my frustration. My brother paid half of what I did and he has all what I mention but of fantastic quality. There are not even towels for the pool. Etc. Thank you
