: This is the worst place we have ever stayed at I have pictures of everything! When we got to our room there was trash by the nightstand including a hamburger bun that was hard and stale! Then the bathroom floor behind door was very dirty and under sink! The room carpet had dirt I went to the front desk the lady came and picked it all up and told us we would have to request housekeeping for the next day ! Then the window was open and the curtains were barely hanging I would not put this on booking! I love that app and have never had a problem!

: The staff was so amazing, you get a great view and don't hear all the trafic going through keystone. We had a bunk bed room which was awesome for our two kiddos we brought.
: The pillows were slightly uncomfortable I would suggest bringing your own. And we stayed for 5 days and someone didn't come to help pick up the trash or change out linens. Once we talked to front desk they did get us new towels!

: Nothing , staff were not professional the whole place had a worn and dirty look
: Dirty , old worn , carpets were sticky and filthy . Staff unhelpful. The shower rod and curtain in our bathroom was Dirty , rod rusted and falling off the bracket . Breakfast was a disaster both mornings with people having to wait in line for food to be refilled. No one wiped the tables clean . For the $ paid it was a rip off

: Convenient to the area we were visiting.
: Didn’t like how small the room was for a family of 4. Didn’t appreciate seeing the trans or pride flag that said “all are welcome” flying with the American flag. Once I saw that, I was so disappointed in booking the Baymont by Wyndham Keystone, Near Mt. Rushmore. Because of this, I will never stay at another Baymont by Wyndham hotel. I didn’t not feel welcome at all but very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. The same meals each day and items were not restocked once things were gone. The refrigerator with the milk was dirty.
