  : No air Conditioning, Mold in master shower. Mold on basement bedding, dehumidifier running in lowest level a must , carpets need cleaning. No fans in some bathrooms.

  : My family and I rented this unit for 2nights to spend a nice peaceful weekend away from the city for mothers day. I was disappointed upon my arrival on this unit. The property is very dated and rough. The kitchen wasn’t thoroughly cleaned either, Both the refrigerator’s and dishwasher stainless steel doors had very dirty rag streaks through it. We found the oven trays with grease and dirty coffee cups. We tried to clean them in dishwasher, but the dishwasher door doesn’t close. The 2nd bathroom on second level is not bolted down and wobbles. The 2nd level patio wood furniture swivles and seems as legs are falling off. In the staircase going up to third level the first step of tile is cracked, open and exposed. If not aware can swift your foot on tile and cause a severe cut. On the first level bedroom, closet doors are semi off hinges and hanging off to slated sides. Slip proof rugs needed upon all entrances as tile floors are very slippery and 1 towel per person. This property has a beautiful setting and location, with a little TLC can be up to par. I couldn’t believe the housekeeping here for 2 days was $450.00, and unit was left in this condition. Not worth the $1800.00 for the 2 days I spent

  : The manicured foliage was beautiful. There was no beach, but the view was nice.
  : We walked into a garage with a large trash can filled with trash and several items that were not for our use. There was just an aisle to get to the back of the garage. We noticed that there was no way to get into the house from there. Then we went further back to find a bedroom, bathroom, and a closet that was filthy, wreaked of mold and mildew (even the linens wreaked), and again had no way into the house without going outside or up a metal spiral staircase that was not conducive to our situation. Then we wanted to open the closet door and when we went to do so, the closet door fell off into my hands! In the closet were two pillowcases filled with linens sitting in a pool of rancid water from a leak coming in from somewhere! We had 7 people that all needed beds to sleep in and what you portrayed as a 4th bedroom that would be habitable, was not! How many more terrible reviews have to be written before you admit that you are renting a very lousy place??I am waiting for your reply to my requests.

  : The boat docking was not available, when we request and provided information about boat rental . Golf cart not available when displayed in advertisement. The advertisement for the use of the gold cart misleading .
  : We had to pay out of pocket for boat slip rental when we requested slip for 4 days , totaling $400 out of pocket , was told that we would have a boat slip with rental . All the paper work was not completed at told by rental agency as told . It was difficult to get on to the property initially. Had to spend additional time on the phone just to get on the property .
