  : Exceptionally clean and modern. Very nice lobby and breakfast area.
  : Staff and airport shuttle. Staff not very friendly and we needed to change our departure time for airport shuttle. Staff was busy playing on her phone and didn't record change. Next morning Staff was grumpy with us because it wasn't recorded and they had to do a special run. Airport shuttle takes you to a bus to the airport not directly to the airport.

  : Before booking, i checked all amenities, especially airport shuttle was specifically what i wantedNO RESTRICTIONS WERE LISTED FOR THE SHUTTLE ON THE BOOKINGI didn’t read the review of May 2023 but now that I have this has been an issue for over a year.
  : When we called the front desk on sat at 7pm for the shuttle the hotel said they dont offer one.I have it in writing in a message to the hotel that they do. The hotel now says they only do mornings 5am-11am and any evening you need to schedule it directly with the front desk since i questioned them now that our family member is home. They say they pick up on the southside of the terminal at the airport. NO ONE TOLD MY FAMILY MEMBER THIS WHEN SHE CALLED DIRECTLY AFTER LANDING WITH A BOOKING FROM A MONTH AGO SO In the end we booked an uber to the hotel sat and sun morning to the airport. We would have stayed elsewhere for sure if this was the case because of the extra costs. CLARION offers this service and we used the shuttle the week before this. You cannot list what you don’t have. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

  : I arrived at 0300 in the morning and didn’t notice till the next day when I got back from work that the room wasn’t cleaned after the last person. I probably won’t stay there again.

  : It is close to the airport. My flight was landing at 1 am, so I chose the closest option. The room is large, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very basic (no fresh food).
