: The room was comfortable and a great location. Staff was friendly and fun. Lorraine in the Boulevard Grill was exceptional!! Her service and attitude were fantastic. She helped another family find a restaurant and even helped them get their food ordered. I'd come back again just to hang out at the bar while she's working!!
: Breakfast bar needed hot sauce and peanut butter! Also one of the elevators was broken. That was frustrating but obviously understandable. Also it looked like the balcony was supposed to open but we couldn't open ours. It would have been nice to get some fresh air!

: Being next to the sports complexes is extremely convenient if that’s what you’re in town for. This trip we were not and I would’ve preferred another facility. It was just okay.

: My reservation said I could check in at 3 they said I couldn’t check in until 4. They said they have told booking but they did not update it. Had wait for hours to check in. There was a storm that affected the power. They were running on a generator. There was no tv or ac and it was 92 degrees. I had no sleep and left very early instead of checking the area out.
