: Location. We've stayed here a lot over the years. Easy to Westport and easy to the Plaza.
: The room wasn't as fresh and clean as times past. The tub wouldn't drain from our showering so you were ankle deep. The toilet ran all night. We told them they may need maintenance to check it out. Just seems management hasn't kept money in upkeep as much latley.

: Gave us the wrong room and we nearly walked in on the poor guy. He was a bit startled us giggling on the door.

: The staff was VERY friendly and tried to help with issues, most were beyond their control.
: The rooms smelled moldy and musty, clothes and bedding was constantly damp the duration of our stay. Our first room smelled HORRIBLY of mold, and the toilet didn’t work. When asking for a new room we ran in to others with the same issue wanting to leave for another hotel. They did get us a different room, but it was dirty, spots and what I hope was dirt stains all over the bathroom floor. I set a towel down to step on coming out of the shower and it turned brown as soon as it got wet. Floor was FILTHY. Second room was still was musty and damp, but we couldn’t find another open room in a nearby hotel.

: The location was great.
: The elevator didn’t work, our entire room reeked of mildew, visible mildew in the bathroom, the bed sheets were ripped, the carpet was beyond disgusting. I wouldn’t put the front lobby rug in my garage, much less in front of the elevators. If I had an hours more time, I would have gone to a different hotel.
