  : We loved the kitchen and the feel of the space. We also loved the free parking and use of the free laundry on site. It was a great value. It felt like home for two nights. We had a small issue upon check in which the staff at front desk handled right away in a professional manner.
  : Sound carried through the space from the hallway. You could hear footsteps and conversations like they were right there in the space. The neighbor vacuumed at both 11pm and 3:15am as well.

  : the apartment was clean with everything needed. The wifi was great for work.
  : The main communal areas smell of marijuana smoke. The main communal areas felt like i was staying in a youth hostel or a college dorm. The apartment had a funky smell, like a blocked drain or a poorly designed drain system.

  : Needing a key fob to get in was nice, it made you feel safe since you are downtown. The apartment was exceptionally clean. In a hotel, you usually get black feet from the floors. Did not happen with this apartment. The bedding smelled freshly laundered and the apartment smelled like cleaning supplies (which is good - not bad). The owners checked up on us over text which was appreciated. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable.
  : The ONLY issue I have - and I don’t believe this is the owner’s fault as this isn’t their property - is on our last night around 10 pm, some adult men that live there (I think, as there are people who actually live here and they eventually went inside the apartment, it’s not a hotel) were fighting/play fighting each other in the parking lot? They were shooting paintball guns at each other and yelling and recklessly driving a truck around the really small parking area. What we noticed was the security gate does not close, even though you’re given a garage opener. It stayed opened the 3 days we were there. The security gate was one of the reasons we booked over our other option as my car is my baby and I wanted it to be safe. Random people walk through the parking lot all day/night. I don’t know if the apartment owner could discuss this with the property manager. This was the only singular issue and I do not blame the apartment owner’s for this.

  : Beautiful apartment, right in the middle of downtown, close to bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and simple. The apartment itself was upscale and very beautiful. We had everything we needed for one night. Bed was also very comfortable. We felt safe at this property and loved everything another the apartment.
  : We were told that parking was for compact-sizecars only. This is absolutely ridiculous as we saw trucks bigger than ours and SUVs parked in the parking lot. I reached out to the staff and they informed me if I didn’t have a compact car, that I would be towed, but there was street parking available. Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning so we didn’t have to pay for street parking, but had we stayed more nights, we would’ve had to pay for parking for the day & you can only park for two hours at a time. Our midsize truck would’ve easily fit in those spots.

  : Great location, roomy, comfortable bed, good shower. Would maybe stay again.
  : You do not know ahead of time what parking spot you'll get assigned. The spot I got was too small for my vehicle and it could not be changed.Also, there is a weird (mild) sewer gas smell in the building and the unit making for a very unpleasant return after a long day. Did not experience this on first floor in previous stay a few months ago.Lastly, the thermostat appeared inoperable. The team sent instructions on how to possibly get it to work. I tried and it still didn't work but I opened the window (screenless) and that worked for me. I've stayed here before and the thermostat worked just fine without me having to do all that. The team said they could contact building maintenance but I declined.
