  : Very rude hotel manager and staff. Double charged for stay then would not refund. In person, the manager and his staff dismissed my request for a refund for the double charge on my credit card. After the trip, I contacted the property back to receive the receipt of my stay and the staff member who answered the phone was very rude, condescending, and hung up on me. I should have trusted my gut feeling when pulling up to the property. Unsafe area, very rude staff/hotel manager, other customers in the lobby complaining of double charges and issues with their rooms, and loud location. Please don't walk but run away from this place, to save you from possible headache and stress.
