  : Pictures are deceiving, the rooms are not that nice. We rented multiple rooms and they were not clean. One room had b b's on the floor. A roach was found in another on the last day. We found that staff came into the room during our stay when they should not have. They folded towels and opened the blinds. They did not even empty the trash. When the front desk was asked about this, they had no answers and would not find out. The excuse was, "if I call to ask, she won't answer". While passing through the lobby, the front desk was on the phone talking someone through on how to clean a toilet. The pool was advertised as a perk, but it was closed and not mentioned before booking. None of the windows locked, they were sliding windows with a stick. Our stick was not long enough, so I had to wedge the room Bible with the stick to prevent someone coming in. When issues were brought up, they did not care.

  : The beds were uncomfortable and pretty sure I had bed bugs crawling on me but was told "that" room has never had that issue. They wouldn't let me trade rooms because they found "no evidence of bed bugs" when I literally had to kill a very big one. Also told me they wouldn't refund me if I decided to check out. Breakfast consisted of coffee, a single muffin or cereal everything else just wasn't stocked, had waffle maker but no batter was stocked. Employee was rude.

  : Nothing! Staff was horrible. And they Robbed me of my money. The room I paid for a week prior was not available and they refused to give me a refund.
  : YES!!!! They tried to collect a security deposit of $100 at time of check-in and I was not financially prepared for any additional cost. I asked for a refund for the booking and they refused. They even went so far as to put me on a Do Not Rent To list.

  : When you book your room there is no mention of a deposit for the room and when you get there that is when you have to pay a $100.00 deposit.
