  : Kind of the location. It's Irvine, but it felt like finding the one place in Irvine that felt somewhat unsafe. Which is weird for Irvine.
  : Every staff member I encountered was completely rude. The two ladies at the front desk, one at 1pm, the other at around 8pm, were so damn rude and definitely not interested in making any guest feel welcomed.

  : There was water damage in the room. There was mold above the shower. The smoke alarm was disconnected and left in the night stand. Rooms were not ready when we showed up and guests were being assigned rooms that were not cleaned.

Disappointing

  : The lady behind the desk was wonderful despite having every excuse to not be. She had several people waiting, her partner kept taking off on her, housekeeping was short handed. The housekeeping guy at night was a wonderful person too. Not too often you can find someone helpful at 11pm when you realize you need something. Otherwise, the place itself was really crummy.
  : The room smelled of urine. I could not for the life of me figure out where it was coming from either. It was that big city peed in stairwell pervasive smell. We had three limp pillows, the air barely worked, there was mildew and a rag drying on the curtain in the shower. There were people loitering around outside who didn't appear to have business there. We had a terrible time getting into town and were supposed to be at a wedding in a very short amount of time, we were checking in well after the time allowed, and due to a housekeeping issue they were short on rooms and booked solid. Cannot thank the lady at the desk enough for taking pity and getting us a room, but I would not have stayed there more than absolutely necessary - and we didn't, switched hotels the next day. Maybe it was a good thing our flight got canceled or we'd have been booked for two and miserable.

  : I would compare this place to motel 6
  : On the website it said the serve coffee and breakfast. The only thing available was granola bar coffee and tea. There was no attendant at the the office on several occasions for about 10 to 20 minutes.

  : The location was perfect and it was far enough away from the freeway.
  : The Queen bed was horrible. I could hear the springs on the mattress every time I moved. It has to be replaced! The numbers of the rooms were difficult to see at night.

  : The images shown online are not what you get when you arrive. It is misleading and the facility isdirty.

  : The room was very functional and attractive. The location was a bit out of the way but, if you provide yourself plenty of time, Extended Stay America was easy enough to find. The bed was very comfortable.
  : There was an awkward moment at check-in: After I informed the receptionist that I had a reservation for that night and I gave her my ID, the receptionist took a long time at the computer, and she wasn't saying anything. I got the impression that she was generating a whole new reservation for me. When I asked her about that, she responded in a somewhat sarcastic way that she was simply checking me in. Things might have been a little less awkward if the receptionist had informed me that she had found my reservation and that she will be taking a few minutes to check me in, instead being silent.

  : A random guy kept knocking on our door also felt unsafe ,the room sheets had yellow stains on them they don't clean the rooms at all
