  : Rooms have a lot of storage area and pretty convenient to spend few days
  : Location is depressing - right in front of the hospital. I guess it was build for families to leave there while their relatives are at the hospital. Not a good location for other purpose Building is old and shabby, corridors smell badNo commons place to spend time with people No coffee no water nothingStuff is not well organized.

  : The size of the room and the full kitchen. After complaining about the elevator still being out. As we stayed there 3 weeks prior, they did give us a first-floor room. I was told for my 2nd stay show up early and the first floor room can be reserved for us. So they did accommodate (after I wanted to cancel the room). The room and facility are clean. Staff is nice.
  : When we called to have the accommodation of the first floor, I was told there were no options for the room we reserved on the first floor. After requesting to cancel this room, which was well over 230 for ONE night.all of a sudden, the room I reserved was available. After realizing we paid so much for one night and the lack of accommodations. No elevator, no breakfast, no pool. The heater and AC did not work last time we were there. We froze all night. They said it was fixed this time. Finally, people need to know the deposit is 200.00 a night. So our reservation was over 430.00 hold on my card. Oh and there is a fee for parking. The bathroom needed some repairs. The pull out sofa bed is uncomfortable. And the bedroom mattress is on the firm side.

  : No frills property, but serves its purpose! Room was clean and a good size! Elevator wasn't working at the time, but the property gave plenty of notice ahead of time. Staff was friendly and helpful!

  : I've stayed here before and love the fact that my fellow guest are very quiet. I can get a good nights sleep for my work.
  : When I arrived, even though I had made a reservation weeks before, I was told that the one elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs to my 3rd floor room. Considering I was staying more that than just one night, I had more luggage than just an overnight bag. Also, I had my two dogs with me - so that meant I had to go up and down the stairs multiple time during my stay. I'm over 60, so multiple climbs, on top of my workday, is something I don't want.

  : Very quiet area, easy to find and park.
  : No elevator? Only one elevator for the entire building, it’s going to be out of order for the entire month. Poor planning and design. No food for breakfast and horrible coffee.

  : Extra bedding was dirty, had to ask for clean sheets. Also the elevator didn’t work.. had to use the stairs 3 floors with kids..
