  : The location, cleanliness
  : The pool wasn’t open bc they were doing tile work. But they didn’t say anything until after we paid. But we could use the hotel across the way. I said well if I wanted to use that pool I would have booked my stay there, which was a bit cheaper. The bathroom needs upgraded for the price. No streaming channels. Also we had to leave early for a flight so we missed the free breakfast and when asked if we could get a to go bag they said no. Free bottle of water only for Hilton Honors people. Will not be staying at a Hilton property. Also we said we needed a shuttle for our flight the next day so obviously we need to leave our vehicle. But they didn’t have us fill out paperwork . We didn’t think about it until after we unpacked. But there was paperwork that needed to be filled. Would our vehicle been towed had we not went and asked about it??
