  : location was 15 minutes from any restaurant, no maid service. if we wanted towels, toilet paper, coffee, we had to get at front desk. Beginning of week, i hated asking because they made me feel like i was causing them so much grief. at the end of the stay the one girl was great. i asked if i could put freezer packs in one of the freezers and she was a yes. finally, suppose to have a fridge, we had an icebox that they told me would keep stuff cold. there was a button on the side of the fridge that i pushed to get a 2 hour boost. once that is over then it goes back to hardly cold at all. I complained about it and she told me , that it should keep things cold. WRONG.

  : Location… were adequate. Rooms were clean.
  : What I didn’t like about the property. The property seemed to run out of towels every day. Pizza was spilled out front if the property, (Saturday night) those slices of pizza were still in the front entry on Monday am when we checked out. Not a good LOOK.

  : The front desk personnel were not friendly. When I booked the room the price showed $140.00 per night on booking.com, but eneded up costing $235.00 per night. The wall paper was falling off the walls.

  : I booked my room 2 days before arrival. Breakfast was included per the site at booking (requirement when I select hotels). When I arrived, they let me know when "coffee" would be available the next morning. I asked when Breakfast would start and was told that "they're working on getting that back". When I stated that it was included in my stay per the site, the person checking me in just shrugged his shoulders and moved on. The parking lot was being paved, which would have been okay, but the staff pointed out which way to go to get to my room door and you could not even drive that way. I was told that my room was located right between door 3 & 4, so I could park at either door. I parked at door 4 and my room ended up being right inside door 3. I had to carry all of my things to the opposite side of the building. While the front desk clerk was nice, he was extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable.

  : Gym was small, jacuzzi was broken , a little disappointed there was no food on site but very clean and staff was very helpful
