  : Light bulbs burned out, flower petals from former guest behind door, city inspectors banging on the door- no one knew about this. I had some very upset friends, as we were just getting out of the shower. Filthy air vents- looks like this has been getting the once over quickly.

  : I liked how clean the apartment was. The location was great, and I loved the free parking on 10th street. I also like the key fab to let us in the building. I also liked that there was a master bedroom and another bathroom for everyone else. I also liked how spacious the bedrooms were.
  : I didn’t like that there was only one TV in the whole apartment. I didn’t like trying to obtain the key from the lockbox. After trying to obtain the key for 10 minutes, I called the property owner and he was NOT patient with me and acting as if I didn’t have a real issue. He also HUNG UP the phone on me while trying to get clear guidance. I also didn’t like that there was only one window in the apartment.
