  : Edge of the neighborhood, no traffic, quiet. Awesome view at front room. Great amenities and about three minutes to drive to town center. Cozy elevated deck in the back with lots of shade. Never saw any mosquitoes!Great instructions left by Vacasa rep.
  : Down ramp to front porch is little hard on knees. My grandson flipped out when he saw the Wii player on the TV unit, but it didn't work. I think the batteries were dead in the controller or remote. He got over it quickly though :)

  : Dim lighting + many light bulbs are burnt out, no wine glasses, heaters in the two bedrooms don’t work, front outside walkway is buckling and not safe - it hailed last night and was slippery, no guest manual - so no instructions for tv or heaters or fireplace, Wi-Fi code provided was wrong but fortunately the correct one was here at the property.

  : Gorgeous location, secluded enough to have privacy, yet in civilization enough to feel safe. Absolutely adorable cabin. Decor was simple and clean yet cozy. Very clean and practical. Stunning views through many windows. Deck out front and out back for outdoor fun. Nice heater in bathroom to stay warm after shower.
  : Heaters in the rooms did not work, so in 27 degree weather, that was pretty cold. We came across several spiders that were very large... Perhaps investing in some pest control would make guests feel more safe.

  : The cabin was bigger than I expected. Didn't know there was a loft with a pull out couch. Beautiful setting. Very well equipped (dishes, soaps, bathroom items, appliances large and small.) Decor just rustic enough without being kitschy. It was very comfortable for the dog, she felt safe in the fenced in dog area. We saw a fox on the porch early one morning. We forgot dog food dishes, but they were provided.
  : Carpet was ...well yucky. I could tell it had been shampooed, but it still looked dirty. Too many throw rugs, and they were all dirty. It was beige shag, and that has not been around since the 60's. However, my dog loved it, felt the whole floor was one big dog bed. I was disappointed that the outdoor part of the property was soooo steep. Dog explored it, but people could not, I couldn't even get down the path. Our family includes a teen with a physical disability, I feel like the kids would have spent more time outdoors if there was some accessible ground area. Adults loved the decks. We had no cell phone reception and no texts in our out the whole time, even though we were connected to WiFi and had Internet. Locals said it was the area -Fern Valley
