  : Nothing, it was not what I was expecting for $500
  : I didn’t like that it was nothing of what it looked like in the photos that the place promotes, the place was under construction which you find out once you get there not through their website or trough an advertisement while booking. Me and my husband were going from Boston all the way there to relax in the pool and jacuzzi and were looking to get a massage in the “spa” which is what you guys promote in your website but all this things were closed and under construction, and you get nothing in return, not a cheaper price or an apology for what was closed, which is so disappointing. For a $500 knight I was expecting much better. Also the check out was supposed to be at 11AM and we were having staff at 9:30 already knocking in the door ready to clean, and they went even far as to opening the door while my husband and I were still in the room which is so disturbing. Also they wanted to charge us $30 of resort fee when we had already payed for that, if I wouldn’t have taken a screen shot of that receipt they would’ve charge me twice for the same thing. This was such a disappointing experience, I would’ve rather payed those $500 dollars in a luxury hotel in Boston central or even Encore casino, and I know for sure I would’ve received a much better and luxurious experience. Never visiting this place ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, if you guys want to go because of the water park, I would suggest just going for a day trip, the pass to the water park is $50 each and is not included in the reservation to the hotel. So there’s no need for you to spend so much money just for a bed, Holiday Inn is close to there and for a cheaper price.

  : There was nothing that made me happy.
  : The hotel was under constructiom and it was a accifent waiting to happen in every corner.when we booked we were not aware the water park was extra '. We have been going there every year and the waterpark was always included. The outside pool was unavailable because of the construction. We were not given clean towels for our overnight stay. As I said before we have been going there for years andI would never go there again and I will never book with booking.com again! Horrible!!

  : The redone rooms look very clean and fresh. Could use another couch or table in the downstairs area of the loft rooms. The outdoor pool has been revamped and is quite nice. The arcade is always fun.
  : The outdoor pool used to be heated but doesn't appear to be any longer and was very cold even on sunny days. The water park slides were a little rough and hurt our backs. The wave pool lights were not on making the wave pool look dirty despite being refurbished a year ago.

  : Clean bedrooms.
  : This place had the audacity to keep quiet about being under construction! I shelled out $620 for a night expecting a decent view, only to be greeted with a view of a construction site. I had my hands full with 4 kids aged 5-11, navigating through a chaotic parking lot just to reach the front lobby. And to top it off, they conveniently "forgot" to give us water park bracelets and had the nerve to try and charge us for them at the front desk. As for the restaurant, surprise surprise, it was closed too! No one bothered to inform us, so we had to drive 8 minutes just to have breakfast. If we had known about this construction mess, we would have found better and cheaper options elsewhere. The hotel bombarded us with text messages on our way there but conveniently left out the fact that they were under construction. Absolutely appalled and unsatisfied with our stay. To add insult to injury, my husband ended up getting stuck in the bathroom because of those flimsy farm style doors they installed during the renovation. Disgraceful!
